Alpe-Adria Cup (AAC)

Rules


a) Alpe-Adria cup
1. ALPE-ADRIA CUP, (AAC), is organized by Austrian, Croatian and Slovenian national federation.
2. Official language is English.
3. Goals of A-A cup are:
• to organize quality and quantity competition on small area (circle of max 600 km)
• minimum 150 skaters on every stage
• cooperation with national federation
• to raise up quality of inline skate sport in countries united in A-A cup

b) Registration of races
• Each year the executive committee make the official calendar of races

c) Participation
4. The official categories are:
• senior 18 + (1988+)
• junior 16-17 (1989-90)
• cadet A 14-15 (1991-92)
• cadet B 12-13 (1993-94)
• cadet C 10-11 (1995-96)
• The age of competitor are calculated by this formula: present year - year of birth (2005-1989=17).
The official distances in categories are:

5. In AAC can collect the points for final result only registered competitors from countries organizing AAC, all others can compete and win the prize.
6. Every participant can start in a higher category. The points for individual-final result will count only in one category.
7. National federations are registered competitors from they country. The registration must be accompanied by 10 Euro per racer. All athlete registrations must contain: surname, name and date of birth, club and nationality, undersigned by applying National Federation.

d) Race standards
8. If some of the organizers will not organize the race or make it not professionally, the Penalty is losing the application for the next year.
9. The application form for the entry for the competition is prepared by AAC because of easier collecting the results. The application has to be placed on time to the responsible person of AAC.
10. National federations (organizer) are responsible to prepare the practical presents for competitors. EC of AAC will try to organize the unique diplomas for all the races.
11. From the organizers is contributed:
• a course with barriers, if necessary
• clock and round counter
• time kippers
• formulary's for judges
• doctor or ambulance
• starting numbers
• technical meeting 1 hour before the race
• judge team of 5 members + 1 assistant speaking English

e) Jury
12. Judges shall comply with CIC and CEC regulations.
13. The Chief Referee must be FIRS or CERS qualified as "international judge" and will be nominated by AAC committee.
14. Chief Referee will not be from host country.
15. All other judges can be from host country.
16. AAC committee coves the costs to Chief Referee in amount of 100 euro.
17. The committee of referees will be organize by FIRS and CERS referees (one from each country):
- Peter Krause (AUT)
- Luka Markic (CRO)
- Aleš Gros (SLO)

f) Technical regulation
18. Time-keeping. On marathons Time-keeping is conducted by chip, organizer can ask for higher fee. On track or road and organizers do not have to use chip.
19. The organizers have to install the video camera on the finish line if the chips are not used.
20. Heart rate monitors are allowed.
21. Communication within team (voki-toki, mobile, etc.) are allowed
22. The presentation ceremony has to be taken.
23. Chief Referee must sign and taken the official results.
24. The organizer has to apply the copies of the official results to the representatives of the cooperative clubs.

g) Cup standings
25. The points for the placement:

26. Individual-final result: the participation with most points from all races (sprint, mid...) is the winner of his category and distance of AA cup.
27. Super-Champion of AAC is the participant with most points from all distances of the category. When two or more participants have equal points, the winner is the one with the majority of better places. Is this result is also equal; the winner is better placed in the last race one against other.

28. Executive committee (EC) has 3 members, one representative of each national federation.
29. President of EC A-A cup is host of 1. Next meeting. President has to make minutes and actions of previous meeting and to coordinate next meeting.
30. Vice presidents are organizer of last meeting and organizer of 2. Next meeting.
31. Each member of EC has to fulfill taken comity.

i) Protest
32. Protest against a decision made by Jury. The written protest shall be placed to the Chief Referee by team delegate or team leader in written form accompanied by a caution amounting 50 EURO within 15 minutes following official communication of the order of arrival.
33. Disciplinary committee of race, which decide about the protest, is composed of 3 members: Chief Referee and 2 delegate persons by EC.

j) Starting fee
34. Starting fee for each race is: 10-20 Euro for track or road races, and 15-30 EURO for marathon.

g) Marketing
35. The organizer has to secure the two places on the start and finish line for AAC sponsors.
36. The organizer has to secure the necessary place on the race for the rest of AAC sponsors.
37. The organizer has to place the AAC sign on the start and finish line.
